We will also provide them with support in order to assist the young faculty members in securing the necessary research funding. This year, we will recruit and train about 18 young researchers in the following research areas. Initial screening will be conducted based on the applicant's expertise in his/her field, followed by a second screening from a comprehensive perspective which will be conducted by our board members.
