Qualifications

1) Native speaker (or near native speaker) of English, irrespective of nationality
2) MA in TESOL or related fields
3) Sufficient communication abilities in Japanese

Compensation

1) 38 hours and 45 minutes workweek (flexible-time system)
2) Salary: approximately 4,600,000 yen per year (before tax withdrawal)
3) Moving expenses, up to 300,000 yen, will be paid when employed.
The amount will be decided on after arrival, with the submission of necessary documents
4) Housing: Upon request, a modern university apartment will be provided at about 30,000 yen per month (4LDK: Four rooms with a kitchen and a bathroom)
5) Research allowance: 200,000 yen per year
6) A private office in the university building with a PC connected to the Internet and a laser printer
