6. Research funds such as Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research acquired in the last ten years (identifying principal investigator/co-principal investigator)
7. An outline of research and education achievements (in Japanese within two A4 pages)
8. A research plan and educational aspirations (in Japanese within two A4 pages)
9. Name, affiliation, and contact information of two professional references who are willing to be contacted about the applicant
10. Certificate(s) of Japanese language skills to satisfy the essential qualification for applicant with foreign nationality
