National Research Institute of Brewing in Japan is looking for a research assistant who can cooperate to the research of wine as well as its materials, such as grapes.

Working hours :08:30-16:45
Break time :12:15-13:00
Holidays :
Unscheduled holidays, 2 days off per week.
More than four-day work per week. We can provide consultation about the number of working days.
Overtime and other explanations : Working hours is more than 6 hours per day within the above timeframe. We can provide consultation.

We are looking for the skilled person with enough experiences to conduct the basic instrumental analyses as well as biochemical and molecular biology experiments.
