We recruit researchers who contribute to establishment of fundamental evaluation procedure for water electrolysation in renewable energy system. Applicant are expected to have deep knowledge and expertise in system development and work on the following tasks.
(1) Making basic designs of experimental systems and evaluation procedures,
(2) Conducting execution management for establishing experimental systems,
(3) Contributing to global standardization for evaluation procedure of water electrolysation using renewable energy,
(4) Organizing an advisory committee (tentative) discussing appropriate evaluation procedures for water electrolyzer.

We seek applicants who has Ph.D. degree (Ph.D. candidates expected to earn a degree by the start date included) or equivalent skills and experience to conduct the ongoing R&D project.

Salary- Base monthly salary for new Ph.D. graduates aged 28 - JPY 290,300.
More to add if you have proven professional experience after Ph.D. The expected annual salary ranges from JPY 5,800k including bonus (before tax). Work responsibility allowance, overtime allowance and commuting allowance are separately provided in accordance with the Rules on Salary of Fixed-term employees.

Work Hours - Standard work hours - 7h 45m per day (Break time is 1 h), 38h 45m per week.(Overtime Work: may be required to work outside the above normal working hours in some cases)

Days-off - Sundays, Saturdays, public holidays, New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3).
Leave – Annual paid leave, Sick leave, Special leave (summer vacation, marriage, maternity, mourning).

[Selection Process]
(1)Document-based screening will be conducted in each research department. Only successful candidates will be notified of the result.

(3) Final-stage interview will be scheduled approximately within a month from the first-stage interview.
