We are seeking to recruit reserch scientists to join SEI-AIST Cyber Security Cooperative Research Laboratory that aims to develop technologies for protecting IoT systems from cyber attacks.

Our joint laboratory aims to develop technologies for protecting IoT systems from cyber attacks. The sponsor company may have job openings for further research and development after the project ends depending on its results.
Applicants with previous experience and significant achievements in the relevant research fields are welcome, regardless of whether they earned a Ph.D. degree or not.

Salary- Salary decision for the successful candidates will be made under annual salary system that is designed to compensate highly qualified research scientists.
Base annual salary is determined based on their professional experience, job responsibilities and other relevant factors. Work responsibility allowance, overtime allowance and commuting allowance are separately provided in accordance with the Rules on Salary of Fixed-term employees.

Work Hours - Standard work hours - 7h 45m per day, 38h 45h per week

Days-off - Sundays, Saturdays, public holidays, New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3).
Leave – Annual paid leave, Sick leave, Special leave (summer vacation, marriage, maternity, mourning).

Benefits - Enrolled with the mutual aid association of METI that provides Health insurance, Pension, Employment Insurance, Workers'Compensation.
