The research mission of the present position: Physical Chemistry
The educational mission of the present position: Lectures on Condensed matter Physical Chemistry in the Department of Molecular Engineering (Graduate School of Engineering) as well as supervising Mater and/or Ph.D. candidates in the above graduate school. Lectures, exercise sessions, and/or lab classes on fundamental physical chemistry in the School of Industrial Chemistry for bachelor candidates.

A successful candidate has a degree of either PhD or Doctor of
Engineering or Science.

Compensation

Probation period: Six months in accordance with the regulations of Kyoto University

Business hours:Full-time employment in a discretionary work system, based on 7 hours, 45 minutes (8:30-17:15 work schedule with a one-hour break) per day, 38 hours 45 minutes per week.

Days off: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays, Foundation Day, and summer vacation.

Salary and allowance: To be determined in accordance with Kyoto University regulations

Social insurance: Eligible for MEXT* mutual aid association membership, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance
*Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
