    Salary- Base monthly salary for new Ph.D. graduates aged 28 - JPY 290,300.
    More to add if you have proven professional experience after Ph.D. The expected annual salary ranges from JPY 5,800k including bonus (before tax). Work responsibility allowance, overtime allowance and commuting allowance are separately provided in accordance with the Rules on Salary of Fixed-term employees.
    Bonus:June and December

    Work Hours - Standard work hours - 7h 45m per day (Break time is 1 h), 38h 45m per week.(Overtime Work: may be required to work outside the above normal working hours in some cases)

    Days-off - Sundays, Saturdays, public holidays, New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3).
    Leave – Annual paid leave, Sick leave, Special leave (summer vacation, marriage, maternity, mourning).

    In the 'carbon neutral' natural gas production from methane hydrate reservoir combining carbon capture and storage technique, CO2 injection into methane hydrate reservoir is discussed after gas production period.
    Process design using CO2 separation from emission gas via clathrate hydrates, hydraulic-geomechanical sediment property analysis (experiment and computional simulation) during CO2 injection are required.
    We seek researchers with advanced knowledge and motivation in chemical engineering, process engineering and reservoir engineering.
