Psychology of Hearing, Psychometrics, Acoustic Experiments I, Acoustic Experiments II, Senior Project I, Senior Project II, etc., for the undergraduate course (Acoustic Design Course, Department of Design, and former Department of Acoustic Design) and Auditory Perception, etc., for the graduate course (Graduate School of Design, Acoustic Design Course and former Human Science Course and Human Science International Course), including shared courses.

Applicants should have a deep interest in and understanding of design, and be able to conduct education and research in accordance with the following requirements:
1) Hold a doctoral degree, or be expected to obtain one within a few years of taking up the current position;
2) Have excellent research achievements in fields using experimental psychology, psychophysics, and/or brain research in relation to sound and hearing;
3) Be willing and able to engage in education related to auditory perception and cognition;
4) Have the ability to participate cooperatively in the administrative work of the department in the Faculty of Design and departments in the undergraduate and graduate schools.


Salary: Salary is paid based on the Kyushu University Annual Salary System.
Working hours: 5 days a week, 7 hours and 45 minutes a day (excluding breaks)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3)
Insurance: Unemployment insurance, worker's accident compensation insurance, health insurance, welfare pension
