  (1) Renewal of appointment: In principle, employment contracts are renewed every five years (or three years) in accordance with university regulations.
  ※Doctoral degree holders, etc. will be appointed for five years, and others for three years. The maximum term of appointment is 10 years.
  ※The employment contract is on an annual basis, and for mid-year hires, the year of hire is the first year of the employment contract period.
  (2) Mandatory retirement age is 65. Retirement date is March 31 following the 65th birthday.
  (3) Salary is commensurate with qualifications, based on YCU pay scales.
  
  

  Probationary period present

  The initial period of six (6) months shall be the trial period.
