Work content and job description
English education for engineering students. Primary responsibilities include organizing English-related courses and curricula, planning and implementing measures to improve English proficiency, supporting extracurricular English learning, handling entrance examination duties, and planning and managing operations within the university-wide general education program. Additionally, duties include those expected of a full-time faculty member at this university, as well as promoting research related to the aforementioned specialized fields.

Working hours :08:30-17:15
Break time :12:00-13:00
Holidays : Weekends, National holidays, Year-end and New Year's holidays, October 1st (anniversary of the opening of the university)
Overtime and other explanations : By agreeing to apply the discretionary work system for specialized work, the employee is considered to have worked 7 hours and 45 minutes per day on a given workday. If the discretionary work system for specialized work is not applied, the employee will work from 8:30 to 17:15 five days a week (break 12:00 to 13:00), and may be ordered to work overtime.

Description
Applicants must have a doctoral degree and be passionate about teaching and research in the above fields. Those who have an understanding of and experience in collaborative education with technical colleges, international exchange programs, overseas internships, extensive reading in English, admissions procedures, and the planning and administration of language courses, and who are able to actively promote these initiatives.
