Notes

Shinshu University promotes the participation of both men and women, though gender is not the primary factor in choosing an applicant.
Shinshu University is improving the research environment by introducing a research assistant system and a mentor system so that researchers can maximize their abilities. In addition, as a promotion of work-life balance for faculty and staff, we are actively engaged in gender equality such as on-campus childcare facility management, distribution of babysitter dispatch business discount tickets, and temporary childcare in the common test for university admissions.
