募集の背景、プロジェクトの説明
The Division of Medical Devices and Materials, Department of Integrated Health Systems Science, Faculty of Science, is seeking candidates with the following knowledge and experience.
- A person who can research the next generation of user interface technology based on AI and cognitive psychology, such as researchers who have a track record of activities in human and human internal state recognition, robotics, XR technology, media processing technology, IoT, and machine learning.
- A person who can be actively involved in collaboration with various fields such as medicine, nursing, psychology, social welfare, and sociology, as a member of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health Systems.
- A person who can provide teaching and research assistance in Japanese and English.

*Research and Education in the Medical Devices and Materials Engineering Section, Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health Systems

*Education and Research in Graduate school of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health
Systems
*Supervision of master and doctoral course students
*Lecture and supervision of graduation thesis related to such as interface systems, AI and fundamental physics in School of Engineering.
*Management and administration work of Okayama University. -

Annual Salary : 4 million yen ~ 8 million yen
Basic annual salary and Performance-based annual salary : Lecturer 4,962,000-7,308,000yen
Basic annual salary and Performance-based annual salary : Associate Professor 5,732,000-7,840,000yen
An annual salary system is applied.
The amount of salary is determined in consideration of the person’s educational background, licenses and qualifications, work experience, etc. according to the National University Corporation Okayama University annual salary application staff salary rules.

Working hours :08:30-17:30
Holidays : Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and December 29 to January 3 (Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Personnel Work Rules)
Overtime and other explanations : If the employee agrees to the application of the discretionary work system for specialized work, working hours will be deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day. Overtime work is not required in principle. Day-off work may be required. (Articles 41 and 42 of the Personnel Work Rules)
