Medical Devices and Materials Engineering Section, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health Systems is seeking to appoint a suitable candidate to the position of an assistant professor. Detailed possible candidate is shown below.
* A Person who has experience in education and research activities related to information networks and computer networks, especially in network architecture technologies, network security technologies, and information security technologies
* As a member of Medical Devices and Materials Engineering Section, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health Systems, a person who can actively participate in collaboration with other divisions related to education and research
* A person who has ability to provide teaching and research assistance in Japanese and English. -

* School of Engineering

* Education and Research in Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering in Health Systems
* Supervision of master and doctoral course students
* Lecture and supervision of graduation thesis related to such as network engineering in School of Engineering
* Management and administration work of Okayama University. -

Annual Salary : 3 million yen ~ 7 million yen
Basic annual salary and Performance-based annual salary : Assistant Professor 3,938,000-6,390,000yen
An annual salary system is applied.
The amount of salary is determined in consideration of the person’s educational background, licenses and qualifications, work experience, etc. according to the National University Corporation Okayama University annual salary application staff salary rules.

勤務時間

Working hours :08:30-17:30
Holidays : Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and December 29 to January 3 (Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Personnel Work Rules)
Overtime and other explanations : If the employee agrees to the application of the discretionary work system for specialized work, working hours will be deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day. Overtime work is not required in principle. Day-off work may be required. (Articles 41 and 42 of the Personnel Work Rules)
