The faculty of Environmental, Life, Natural Science and Technology, Okayama University, invites applications for the position of Professor in the Department of Chemistry (Department of Chemistry, Innovative Chemistry Program, Graduate School of Environment, Life and Natural Sciences and Technology).

We are looking for a professor who can carry out advanced research and education in experimental chemistry based on the field of inorganic or physical chemistry and contribute to the development of the field.

給与

Annual Salary : 7 million yen ~ 10 million yen
Basic annual salary and Performance-based annual salary : Professor 7,102,000-9,376,000yen
An annual salary system is applied.
The amount of salary is determined in consideration of the person’s educational background, licenses and qualifications, work experience, etc. according to the National University Corporation Okayama University annual salary application staff salary rules.

勤務時間

Working hours :08:30-17:30
Holidays : Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and December 29 to January 3 (Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Personnel Work Rules)
Overtime and other explanations : If the employee agrees to the application of the discretionary work system for specialized work, working hours will be deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day. Overtime work is not required in principle. Day-off work may be required. (Articles 41 and 42 of the Personnel Work Rules)
