給与

• Annual Salary : 4 million yen ~

  Basic annual salary and Performance-based annual salary : Assistant Professor 3,938,000-6,390,000yen
  An annual salary system is applied.
  The amount of annual salary is determined in consideration of the person’s educational background, work experience, etc. according to the Okayama University annual salary Regulations.
  The percentage of annual performance pay depends on the length of service within six months prior to the base date (June 1 and December 1) , and the performance rate varies depending on the results of the evaluation.
  As allowances, commuting allowance, support allowance, housing allowance, adjustment allowance, etc. will be paid separately to the applicable employees.

  Ph.D. / Doctor

• 説明

  ・Hold a doctoral degree or be expected to obtain a doctoral degree.
  ・Have enthusiasm for education and research, and be active in international exchange and industry-academia collaboration activities.
  ・Ability to give lectures in English, assist in teaching and research guidance, and provide international education to graduate students.

  5 years. Tenure screening is conducted six months before the expiration date. If the screening results meet the attached evaluation criteria, the person will be hired as an academic staff member (until the retirement age) from the day after the tenure track expiration date.
