  4) Outstanding achievement in the field of Plastic Art and Mixed Media Studies（Including production of artworks）

  4 years from the date of employment(Transition to the tenure-track is possible.)
  After transitioning to a tenure-track faculty member, if the candidate pass the review based on the University's regulations, the candidate will be awarded tenure.

  Trial period 6 months
