Specialty: Fields related to fusion engineering, plasma science and engineering, and radiation physics engineering
仕事内容・職務内容
Duties : Conduct experimental and theoretical research in the fields of fusion engineering, including magnetic confinement fusion and inertial fusion, as well as physics and engineering related to plasma applications, radiation physics engineering, or engineering fields applying radiation chemistry. This includes supervising graduate student research, teaching graduate-level courses related to fusion engineering, radiation physics, radiation measurement, and radiation applications. Additionally, promote international collaboration, industry-academia collaboration, and technical college collaboration in the nuclear field. Also, be responsible for safety management related to the radiation generation equipment at the university.

Annual Salary : 7 million yen ~ 10 million yen

Working hours :08:30-17:15
Break time :12:00-13:00
Holidays :
Weekends, National holidays, October 1st (anniversary of the opening of the university), year-end and New Year holidays
Overtime and other explanations :
By agreeing to apply the discretionary work system for specialized work, the employee is considered to have worked 7 hours and 45 minutes per day on a given workday. If the discretionary work system for specialized work is not applied, the employee will work from 8:30 to 17:15 five days a week (break 12:00 to 13:00), and may be ordered to work overtime.

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (including a Ph.D.) and have sufficient teaching and research skills as a graduate faculty member in the above-mentioned specialized fields innuclear technology.
