業務内容

  • 募集の背景、プロジェクトの説明

    In the Course of Applied Chemistry, at Faculty of Environmental, Life, Natural Science and Technology, we have launched a task force on the development of all-solid-state secondary battery materials across the boundaries of laboratories, based on the inorganic materials chemistry. We are looking for a specially appointed assistant professor who can settle down and work on the "development of solid-state battery technology."  In addition, you will also be responsible for a part of the student experiments for undergraduate students.

給与

  • Annual Salary : 5 million yen ~

    An annual salary system is applied.
    The amount of annual salary is determined in consideration of the person’s educational background, work experience, etc. according to the Okayama University annual salary Regulations.
    The percentage of bonus depends on the length of service within six months prior to the base date (June 1 and December 1) .
    As allowances, commuting allowance, support allowance, housing allowance, etc. will be paid separately to the applicable employees.

勤務時間

  • Working hours :08:30-17:30

    Holidays : Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and December 29 to January 3 (Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Personnel Work Rules)

    Overtime and other explanations : If the employee agrees to the application of the discretionary work system for specialized work, working hours will be deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day. Overtime work is not required in principle. Day-off work may be required. (Articles 41 and 42 of the Personnel Work Rules)

    Ph.D. / Doctor

    Those who have knowledge and experience of inorganic materials chemistry, solid-state chemistry, and/or electrochemistry, and are motivated to develop all-solid-state secondary battery materials.

    5 years. Employment contracts are made on a yearly basis.
