  ［1] Those who have a Ph.D. or who have equivalent accomplishments and abilities.
  ［2] Those who have sufficient achievements in Principles of Teaching Profession, Principles of Education, Teaching Methods of the Period for integrated Studies, Methodology of Guidance, Practical Exercise of Teaching Profession (Junior and Senior High School) to pass the examination of the Ministry of Education for the accreditation of teaching programs.
  ［3] Those who are enthusiastic about supervising students in teaching practice and visiting schools for practical training.
