  Ph.D. / Doctor

  Ph.D. and experience in a related filed.

• 業務における経験

  ・Research on introducing domain knowledge into Large Language Models (LLMs), especially, introduction material science knowledge into LLMs, such as Llama. Skills on the fine tuning of the Transformer and Mamba and knowledge representations of knowledge graphs under the Pytorch environment
  ・Target data are written in English
  ・Studies on materials informatics, Knowledge on Pytorch, Transformer, Mamba are required.
  ・Good experience on model fine-tuning and Low Rank Adaptation is essential
  ・Applications are expected to construct high-level information extraction systems by conducting full fine tuning, fine tuning, LoRA tuning w.r.t. material knowledge against LLMs
  ・This is project-based position
