• Annual Salary : 4 million yen ~

  Approximately 370,000 per month (before deductions for tax, social insurance and pension).

  Bachelor

• 業務における経験

  Experience of teaching Business management in English (and/or teaching classes related to the subject) at an accredited school or international educational institution. We would prefer teachers to have experience of teaching in the IB Diploma Programme but will consider other relevant experience since IB training will be provided for the selected candidate.
  Experience of teaching in English to second language learners is desirable.

  An accredited secondary education teaching license.

  Native-level English proficiency is necessary. Japanese language ability is desirable but not a must.

  The initial contract will be for one-year, however, we are seeking candidates who will stay with us long term and do not restrict the number of years that the contract can be renewed.

  Probationary period present

  Trial period of 3 months. This will not affect salary.

選考・結果通知

• 選考内容

  2. After the documents have been seen, responses will be sent to selected candidates asking for a lesson plan relating to a Business Management topic chosen by the school.
  3. There will be a preliminary interview (in person or remote) with the IBDP Coordinator and current subject teachers. During this interview the lesson plan will be discussed and candidates may be asked for a short demonstration of part of the lesson plan.
  4. Shortlisted candidates will have a follow-up interview (in-person or remote) with relevant stakeholders, including the school Principal.
  5. Offers will be made to successful candidates after reference checks and confirmation that the candidate has no criminal record.
