業務内容

  • 募集の背景、プロジェクトの説明

    Biologics Engineering (BE) is responsible for development of advanced/competitive biologics platforms such as multi-functional molecules, de-immunization technologies and immunogenicity assessment.
    This is a position for a biologist who develop and apply competitive platform such as next generation biologics with improved specific targeting, efficacy and safety using holistic approach.
    In addition, S/he is expected to proactively and globally interact and collaborate with all internal and external collaborators aiming to solve the problem on experiments associated with not only assigned projects, but also next generation biologics/platforms.

  • 仕事内容・職務内容

    - Design and generate antibodies or biologics using molecular cloning techniques to support both existing and new programs in the pipeline
    - Develop in vitro assays to characterize antibody or biologics profiles using molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, RT-qPCR, dPCR, ELISA, WB, etc.)
    - Apply competitive platform to drug discovery programs in product creation unit to contribute moving such programs forward rapidly.
    - Provide training scientists or contract scientists to operate the platform.
    - Provide ideas to develop Modality/Technology platforms by utilizing existing research platform.

    【応募要件 / Qualifications】
    ＜必須 / Required＞
    - MS degree with +5~ years experience in drug discovery
    - Ph.D degree with +2~ years experience in drug discovery
    - Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English
    * Leading and attending meetings
    * Giving presentations and/or training sessions

    ＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
    - Ph.D. in molecular biology/pharmacology or equivalent related experiences
    - Some experience of in vivo animal experiments
    - Experience of ADC (antibody-drug conjugate) drug discovery projects
    - Knowledge and expertise on AI or robotics
