The Centrosome Dynamics and Evolution Group aims to understand the evolution of molecular mechanisms of the centrosome, a central organelle required for cell division. We employ complementary approaches using the roundworm Caenorhabditis elegans and human cell culture, biochemistry, and gene engineering.

仕事内容・職務内容

We are seeking to recruit a full-time technician for laboratory management and experimental support.
Responsibilities:
1.Work with the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans and human cell culture, plasmid construction, and biochemical approaches (protein purification, Western blots, immunoprecipitation).

給与

Annual Salary : 3 million yen ~ 7 million yen

Model Base Salary: 4.5Myen/year (10th year since master’s degree)
This amount represents the expected annual salary range for this position, which will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and background by the OIST Employee Compensation Regulations.

勤務時間

Working hours :09:00-17:30

Break time :12:00-13:00

Holidays : Saturday, Sunday, National holidays, and Year-end and New Year holidays (Dec. 29 – Jan. 3)

Overtime and other explanations : Discretionary Working Hours System：
In the discretionary labor system for specialized work, the employee shall be deemed to have worked 7 hours 30 minutes per day.
