We seek a dynamic and passionate educator in the field of Business to join our interdisciplinary liberal arts program.

仕事内容・職務内容
The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Management, or Business Analytics. Other business-related areas such as Supply Chain Management will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of foundational and advanced undergraduate courses such as:
- Marketing: Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Global Marketing
- Management: Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Innovation Management
- Business Analytics: Introduction to Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management for Business, Operations Management
- Other possible courses: Introduction to Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Business, or related subjects
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a capacity to develop innovative, interdisciplinary courses tailored to a liberal arts context and who can contribute to the Global Business and Economics program.
The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor students, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in service to the college. -

Ph.D. / Doctor / Master
PhD in Business or a related discipline with a good publication record, or MBA with strong teaching experience.
We invite applications from candidates with expertise in business-related fields who possess a strong teaching record and active research or professional engagement. Preference will be given to those with broad training and experience in interdisciplinary contexts or whose intellectual interests align with the collaborative, interdisciplinary ethos of a liberal arts education. -
