Seigakuin University is seeking one part-time English lecturer to start teaching in Spring 2026.
仕事内容・職務内容

[Course Assignment]
① First-year required English courses in English Communication Arts (ECA)
・Speaking I (spring) & Speaking II (fall) & one elective class
② Specialized English Courses in the International Culture Department
・Public Speaking & Global Communication Skills (spring)
・ Academic Debate & Academic Writing Skills (fall)
*All classes are open twice a week, except for Academic Writing Skills

[Teaching Days]
・Tuesdays and Fridays (two days a week)

[Possible Class Schedule]
Spring Semester
Tuesday 2nd ECA speaking, 3rd Public Speaking, 4th Global Communication Skills
Friday　 2nd ECA speaking, 3rd Public Speaking, 4th Global Communication Skills

Fall Semester
Tuesday 2nd ECA speaking II, 3rd Academic Debate, 4th ECA elective
Friday　 2nd ECA speaking II, 3rd Academic Writing Skills, 4th ECA elective

募集要項

応募資格

応募に必要な学歴・学位

Master

・Master's degree or higher
・Degree in TESOL or related field
・Native or near native English proficiency
業務における経験

Teaching experience at the university level (three or more years preferred)

Part-timer

契約期間

Nontenured - Non-tenure track

・Initial contract is for one year, renewable annually for up to four years
・After four years, further renewal may be possible upon consultation with the university

Probationary period absent
