Background of the recruitment and description of the project
At the School of Computing, we aim to develop information science and technology that can contribute to society, advancing the pursuit of truth in "information" and pioneering innovative technologies.

(1) Organizing and managing the curricula of undergraduate and graduate courses and teaching the courses in computer science (both in Japanese and English). The successful applicant might organize, manage, and conduct the programs like Progressive Graduate Minor in Cybersecurity, Information Literacy and Computer Science for all first-year students in the institute.
(2) Research and supervising research for undergraduate and graduate students in the above research fields (both in Japanese and English)
(3) Administration work for the university, school and department.

Annual Salary : 7 million yen ~ 9 million yen
The successful candidate will be paid under the “Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance” pursuant to the Institute’s Regulations on Wage and Salary for Staff under Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance. In accordance with the regulations, the amount of annual salary will be determined based on the standard level for the first fiscal year of employment, and will be based on performance evaluations in subsequent years. A retirement allowance will be paid separately at the time of retirement.

・Associate Professor who has 5 years of work experience after completing a doctoral degree.
Standard: JPY 7,500,000
