  The selected candidate will work on the JST AIP Acceleration Project, "Acceleration and Dissemination of Social Implementation of Fake Media Detection Technology" (April 2024 - March 2026) in collaboration with members of the Yamagishi Laboratory and Echizen Laboratory of the National Institute of Informatics.
  In the above project, to combat the problem of deepfakes that misuse generative models of speech and faces, the selected candidate is expected to research advanced audio and multimedia deepfake detection techniques and/or new machine-learning methods to follow emerging unknown deepfakes automatically. Candidates should, therefore, have sufficient experience and program implementation skills in speech information processing, deep learning, machine learning, AI security, and other related technologies.
