  Applicants must meet all of the conditions below: a, b, c, d.
  
  a. Applicants must meet at least one of the following two.
  (1)Have two or more published academic papers (excluding master's thesis. Publications on or related to language education are desirable.)
  (2)Have three years or more experience of teaching English at college, vocational school, language institute, or high school (or the equivalent level of teaching and class-management skills)
  
  b. Applicants must have an English proficiency level commensurate with teaching English in English at college level and must be sufficiently proficient in Japanese for handling basic administrative matters.
  
  c. Applicants must have information and communications technology (ICT) skills sufficient for handing interactive real-time online classes using LMS and video conferencing systems.
  
  d. More than five years have passed since graduating from college.
