Description
1. A doctoral degree (doctorate or Ph.D.) must be obtained by the start date of the appointment.
2. English proficiency is required.
3. Japanese proficiency is required for tenure.
We are seeking candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree in the humanities, social sciences, or related fields, who are engaged in policy-oriented research and teaching on global issues. Areas of interest include gender, environment, identity, migration, education, health, civil society, and more. We welcome applicants from all disciplines and those with expertise in any region. Candidates with work experience in international organizations or NGOs are also encouraged to apply.
