Work content and job description
1. The successful candidate will be required to carry out research on analog RF integrated circuits, high-sensitivity CMOS circuits, high-precision frequency reference circuits, and their application technologies
2. The successful candidate will be required to engage in research, teach, and supervise graduate and undergraduate students.
3. The successful candidate will join electrical and electronic engineering course, in the department of electrical and electronic engineering, in school of engineering. It includes course and training programs for graduate and undergraduate students.

Annual Salary : 5 million yen ~ 6 million yen
The successful candidate will be paid under the “Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance” pursuant to the Institute’s Regulations on Wage and Salary for Staff under Annual Salary System with Lump-Sum Retirement Allowance. In accordance with the regulations, the amount of annual salary will be determined based on the standard level for the first fiscal year of employment, and will be based on performance evaluations in subsequent.

Assistant professor hired immediately after completing a doctoral degree
Standard: JPY 5,000,000
Minimum*: JPY 4,800,000
Maximum*: JPY 5,600,000

Education and Degree Requirements
Ph.D. / Doctor
1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D., be near to completion of a Ph.D., or have equivalent experience in electric and electronic engineering and have appropriate laboratory research experience.
2. The successful applicant will have an outstanding track record in analog CMOS integrated circuit, mixed-signal integrated circuit or RF system design.
3. The successful candidate must have an ability to teach graduate and undergraduate students.
