1)Those who meet any of the following ① to ④.
①Those with a doctoral degree
②Completion of required credits in a Ph.D. course and demonstrated research ability.
③At least 3 years of an active professional career after obtaining a Master’s degree
(including university-level teaching experience and publication of at least one article).
④Extensive and significant experience teaching university-level ESL courses.
2)Those who meet the following conditions.
・Native English speakers or those with advanced English proficiency
・If Japanese is not the native language, the applicant must have sufficient Japanese language skills
to carry out school affairs and provide student guidance.

②Once hired, lecturers must live in or near Nagoya.
③Applicants who are able to teach classes at both the Nagoya campus and the Seto campus.

Supplementary explanation of compensation
◆Details of employment:(According to the university regulations as of April 1, 2025)
① 10 classes per week in principle
② The basic salary will be 305,000 yen per month. Year-end allowances will be paid in
June and December, respectively, equal to 2 months and 2.5 months of basic salary. In
addition, commuting allowance will be paid. Social insurance, labor insurance,
retirement allowance, office, etc. are the same as for full-time faculty members at
our university. In addition, other allowances, etc. are in accordance with the
university regulations.
③ An annual amount of 200,000 yen will be provided for personal research expenses.
