We are seeking researchers engaged in both fundamental and applied studies aimed at developing novel electrode materials for next-generation batteries, by controlling various phase transitions in alloys, oxides, and other compounds to realize new physical properties. In particular, we welcome highly motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring these challenges through experimental techniques such as electron microscopy (SEM, TEM, STEM etc), synchrotron radiation, and Raman spectroscopy, as well as through computational approaches including molecular dynamics and first-principles calculations.
