Background of the recruitment and description of the project
Creation of new polymeric materials by utilizing organic synthetic reactions. In particular, research areas related to the synthesis of monomers and transition metal complex catalysts with novel structures and functions, and the development of controlled polymerization reactions using these catalysts. In addition, the candidate should have experience in education and research in collaboration with a technical college and be enthusiastic about fostering human resources in this field.

（Immediately after hiring ） Teaching classes, experiments, and exercises related to materials and biological engineering at undergraduate and graduate schools, and related work, as well as education and research guidance for undergraduate and graduate students related to the above areas of expertise.

Holidays : Weekends, National holidays, Year-end and new year holidays, October 1st (anniversary of the opening of the university)
Overtime and other explanations : By agreeing to apply the discretionary work system for specialized work, the employee is considered to have worked 7 hours and 45 minutes per day on a given workday. If the discretionary work system for specialized work is not applied, the employee will work from 8:30 to 17:15 five days a week (break 12:00 to 13:00), and may be ordered to work overtime.
