・Conduct education and research in the fields of Laboratory Technology Science and Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics.
・Provide specialized education and engage in research activities in both the Master’s and Doctoral Programs of the Graduate School of Medicine.
・Participate in administrative and management duties within the Graduate School of Medicine and Nagoya University.

Description
[Required Qualifications and Expertise (including degrees and field-specific requirements)]
In accordance with Nagoya University’s policies, the successful candidate must possess leadership, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of ethics in graduate and undergraduate education and research in the field of Biomolecular Sciences. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
・Possess advanced academic expertise and outstanding achievements in the field of Biomolecular Sciences, along with high ethical standards. The candidate must demonstrate leadership in promoting education and research in this field at both domestic and international levels, and must be committed to fostering education and research at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
・Hold a doctoral degree and a professional qualification as either a medical doctor or a clinical laboratory technologist, with a proven track record of high-quality research.
・Experience in biomarker discovery and its application to epidemiological research is highly desirable.
・Demonstrate expertise in molecular biomedical analysis and a strong commitment to the education of clinical laboratory technologists.
・Exhibit the ability and enthusiasm to lead educational and research activities as a chief in the Division of Biomolecular Sciences.
・Be willing and capable of actively contributing to the organizational reform and human resource development initiatives promoted by the Department of Integrated Health Sciences, Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine, as well as to broader university-wide efforts.
・In cases where candidates are evaluated as equivalent in terms of academic achievements (including research, teaching, and social contributions) and personal qualifications, female applicants will be given preferential consideration in accordance with Nagoya University's commitment to gender equity.
・A high level of proficiency in Japanese is required.
