Job description
Background of the recruitment and description of the project
We are currently seeking to fill a vacancy for a technical assistant specializing in organic synthesis, following the departure of a previous team member. This position is intended to maintain and strengthen the research support system for our ongoing project in the field of nucleic acid therapeutics.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the smooth progress of the project by performing experimental work related to the organic synthesis of nucleic acid-related compounds. Responsibilities will include routine synthesis experiments, reagent management, and laboratory safety, in close collaboration with researchers.

Work content and job description
Primary duties involve synthesizing nucleic acids and small molecules, conducting NMR analysis of small molecules, and managing routine lab operations, including chemical waste disposal and general upkeep.

Annual Salary : 2 million yen ~ 4 million yen
Qualifications
Education and Degree Requirements
Ph.D. / Doctor / Master / Bachelor
1. Applicants should have studied chemistry (such as organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, or polymer chemistry) at a university or graduate school.
2. A basic understanding of university-level chemistry is required.
3. Knowledge or experience in organic synthesis is welcome but not required; training will be provided after employment.
