    ① A master's degree or higher in TEFL/TESOL or a related field, or equivalent experience/achievements
    ②a. (For classes taught basically in English) Those who are native English speakers or have English proficiency at the same level, and who have sufficient Japanese proficiency to teach.
    b. (For classes taught in Japanese and English) Those who are native Japanese speakers or have equivalent level of Japanese proficiency, and who have sufficient English proficiency to teach.
    ③ The applicant should have experience teaching English in Japan.
    ④ The applicant should have research achievement in TEFL, TESOL or related field.
    ⑤ The applicant should be able to work passionately, be professional, and be flexible to help students improve their English skills.
    ⑥ The applicant should understand the department’s English curriculum and be able to manage classes in accordance with the course objectives and syllabus.
