1) Field of Research: Food Physicochemistry and Structural Biology
2) Teaching responsibilities:
(Undergraduate School) Experiments in Biological Chemistry and Biotechnology, Exercise in Biological Chemistry and Biotechnology
3) (Graduate School) Food Physicochemistry; Natural Products Physiological Chemistry; Bioactive Molecules: Structures, Functions and Biosyntheses; Selected Experiments (I, II, III) in Applied Biological Chemistry; Seminar in Applied Biological Chemistry; Special Seminar in Applied Biological Chemistry -

Basic Salary will be decided taking your academic background, professional background, etc. into account. Wage Raise System: Yes
Examples: Doctor / from JPY 340,000 per month
Various Allowances:Bonus (twice a year), Commuting Allowance (basically up to JPY 55,000 per month), and other allowances decided by the University

Working hours :09:00-17:30
Break time :12:00-12:45
Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end through New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year).
Overtime and other explanations : Discretionary labor system: Working hours is deemed as 7 hours and 45 minutes per day, basically the above working hours.

Ph.D. / Doctor
1) Ph.D., an equivalent qualification, or evidence that either will be obtained by the starting date.

Description
2) The candidate has excellent research achievements and excellent research achievements and
educational abilities, and is able to actively engage in educational guidance for students with
enthusiasm.
3) The candidate should be familiar with analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, and structural biology and should be able to contribute to the advancement of research in the laboratory, especially in the preparation and 3D structural analysis of membrane proteins.
4) The candidate is able to take charge of the lectures and exercises indicated in ""Work content and job description"" above.
