Job description
Background of the recruitment and description of the project
The Resources Engineering Department consists of three groups: the Earth Science and Technology group, the Mining System Engineering group, and the Energy Resources Engineering group.
The successful applicant will belong to the Mineral Processing, Recycling and Environmental Remediation laboratory of the Earth Resources Engineering department and will be in charge of teaching and research related to Mineral Processing Engineering based on powder technology, separation technology, surface chemistry, etc..
He/she will also play a role in promoting academic exchanges with domestic and international universities.

Specialties: Powder Technology, Separation Technology, Surface Chemistry
Undergraduate; Courses in the School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation, as well as Mineral Processing, Resource Systems Engineering Experiment II, etc..
Graduate; Courses related to Mineral Processing, Recycling and Environmental Remediation will be taught to Master course students in the Cooperative Program for Resources Engineering as well as in the Department of Earth Resources Engineering. Courses such as Practical Environmental Engineering will be taught to Doctoral course students in English.

Annual Salary : 7 million yen ~
Salary: The annual salary system, which was introduced on 1st of April 2020, will be applied. The annual salary is determined in accordance with the university's pay scale based on experience, etc.

Holidays : In addition to *annual leave, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and the period from the 29th of December to the 3rd of January

Description
(1)Doctoral. or Ph.D. degree at the time of appointment.
(2)Have sufficient teaching ability (including instruction and lectures in English) and enthusiasm for teaching and research in undergraduate and graduate doctoral programs.
(3)Have particularly outstanding research achievements in the above-mentioned specialized fields.
(4)The applicant should have the willingness and ability to actively engage in interdisciplinary research with other areas of specialization and the development of new research fields from a long-term perspective, in addition to the above-mentioned areas of specialization.
(5)Have the ability and enthusiasm to actively develop education and research activities from an international perspective and social cooperation with industry, government, etc.
