Job description
Background of the recruitment and description of the project
Concerning the reliability of geological disposal for a variety of geological environments in Japan, further R&D is needed to understand the impact of natural phenomena such as volcanism, deep-seated fluids, faulting, and uplift and denudation on the geological disposal system. In this theme, the new hire will promote R&D on these natural phenomena in close collaborations with related parties and organizations inside and outside of JAEA in using various methods such as fieldwork, instrumental analysis, and numerical analysis to produce outputs that accurately respond to meet the needs of stakeholders in geological disposal projects.
Work content and job description
