    Field of specialization and Subjects to teach:
    Field of specialization: Agricultural Environmental Engineering and Agricultural Information Engineering-related (field robotics, AI, smart agriculture)

    Subjects to teach:
    We are looking for a candidate who can be in charge of Agricultural Work Systems, Field Robotics (shared), Outlines of Smart Agriculture (shared), Innovative Agriculture Laboratory III (shared), “Monozukuri” Manufacturing Practicum (shared), Introduction to Innovative Agriculture (shared), Outlines of Rural Environmental Sciences (shared), Applied Mathematics (shared), Food Industry Systems Laboratory I, II (shared), supervision of graduation research, etc. as well as liberal arts subjects such as Agricultural Environmental Engineering (shared) and graduate school subjects.

    Note: To ensure a comprehensive educational system, the successful candidate will be
    required to teach at least one course from the general education curriculum or specialized
    foundational courses, considering their field of expertise. Additionally, to meet diverse
    learning needs and utilize advanced media, candidates may need to develop on-demand
    content for remote classes and create video syllabi (overview introduction). The on-demand
    content should cover either two 1-credit courses (100 minutes per session, 7 sessions each)
    or one 2-credit course (100 minutes per session, 14 sessions).

    (5)Person who can actively contribute to society through research results, contribute to local communities, and provide technical guidance for local governments
    (6)Person who has a sense of cooperation and can actively participate in the management of Undergraduate and Graduate School as a faculty member of Iwate university
    (7)Person with enough language skills (Japanese and English) to perform the above duties
