Background of the recruitment and description of the project
国際的・地域的な見地から、現在有用な、また将来利用可能な生物資源の探索および生物的機能の分析を行う。さらに地域の生物資源と生態環境を活かし、持続可能な生物生産技術を開発する為の総合的な研究を行う。

Work content and job description
国際的な視野と人的なネットワークを持ち、作物生産科学、園芸科学、植物生態学、農業情報工学などを専門分野とし、農業生態系における作物の各種機能評価とその活用に関連した教育研究を行える博士号を有する人材を任用する。大学や研究機関等で教育・研究に従事した経験を有し、学部生や大学院生に対して英語による専門教育・研究指導を行うことができ、全学的な職域業務や社会貢献における重要な役割を担える人材が望ましい。

・博士の学位を有すること。
・日本語および英語での講義が可能なこと。
・大学や研究機関等で教育・研究に従事した経験を有し、熱意を持って大学院生・学部生に対する教育・研究指導を遂行できること。
・所属分野の一員として他の教員と協力して教育・研究を担える者であること。
・農学部・農学府の運営と今後の発展に尽力できること。
